Looking Back: November 14th – Live Planting in Tanzania

Earlier this month, we partnered with FOLT (Friends of Lake Tanganyika) to plant 1,000 diverse trees in Tanzania. Tree species such as Avocado, Albizia, Cedrela, Maesopsis, and Acacia polyacantha were carefully chosen to enhance biodiversity, improve soil health, and support local livelihoods.

This session demonstrated how reforestation can simultaneously strengthen ecosystems and empower communities. If you missed it, you can watch the session here.

Why Join Tomorrow’s Session?

  • Transparency: 90% of every planting contribution goes directly to reforestation efforts.
  • Real-Time Connection: Watch the session live and in real time.
  • Community-Driven Efforts: This event offers a unique platform to see civil servants, social partners, local communities of Amsterdam, and other participants unite to support a community-driven tree planting initiative in Tanzania, fostering meaningful ecological and social impact.

Your involvement makes a real difference.

We would be delighted to have you join us tomorrow to witness and support these efforts firsthand.

Warm regards,The Planting on Demand Team
